ABOUT THE ARTISTS

The Carolina Piano Trio formed in 1998 as ensemble in residence of the American Music Festival and the Chamber Music Society of Wilmington.

This dynamic trio has performed to standing ovations throughout the Southeast. They have been invited for guest appearances at many venues, among them the Raleigh Chamber Music Guild and the North Carolina Museum of Art.

Violinist Jacqui Carrasco, who has performed internationally and recorded for several record labels, joined the Carolina Piano Trio in November 2004. These outstanding artists present a seamless ensemble of musical expression and exciting virtuosity.
